From 2023 to 2025 we will lay a heat pipeline under the ground in The Hague. This pipeline will distribute heat from the Port of Rotterdam. With that heat (in the form of hot water) we will soon be able to heat homes and businesses in The Hague and South Holland. This way there will be less CO2 in the air. That is better for the climate. The pipeline in The Hague runs from Guntersteinweg to De Constant Rebecqueplein.

In Rijswijk we are laying the heat pipeline under the Prinses Beatrixlaan between Delft and The Hague. At some locations we are digging in the pipeline (open excavation), at other locations we are drilling the pipeline under the ground. In Rijswijk the work will be carried out by the contractors A.Hak (between the A4 and Guntersteinweg) and Denys (Rijswijk Buiten).

• Part 1: Lepelaarsingel, Zwanensingel, Park Achterlangs and from there along the residential area of Holy towards the Woudweg (in progress). 
• Part 2: Marathonweg, under the A20, Watersportweg towards Lepelaarsingel (in preparation). 

In Delft we are laying the WarmtelinQ from Tanthofpark along the Lagosweg/Amazoneweg and under the Prinses Beatrixlaan. For a large part the pipeline is now underground. At some locations we buried the pipeline (open excavation ), at other places we drilled the pipeline under the ground. The work is being performed by two contractors: A.Hak (Tanthofpark-Lagosweg) and Denys (Lagosweg to Laan van Sion).
